Refund & Exchange


Agroiva.com's Return and Exchange Policy offers return of goods once delivered. If you opt to exchange the goods for reason of mismatch of product or receipt of a defective or expired goods, you will be provided with a replacement of the goods, free of cost. Though an exchange is subjected to availability of the goods in our stock.

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to Return and Exchange Policy :

1. All goods to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original labels and packaging intact, and should not be damaged or tampered with.

2. Exchanges/return are allowed onlyif your address is serviceable for an Exchange/return by our logistics team.

3. In case you had purchased a product which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the product, maximum of Refunds/Free goods MRP will be debited until the satisfactory receipt of all free gift(s)/offer goods that are shipped along with it.

4. If you opt to self-ship your returns, kindly pack the goods securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.

5. Perishable goods such as seeds and flowers cannot be returned, if the packet is opened or damaged.

6. Products must be returned within 07 days from the day of delivery, to return your purchase, please call customer care at +91-9958493084 or email at info.agroiva@gmail.com.

7. To complete the return process, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned goods. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refundis approved, then if you have purchased the product through our website/application then we will issue a credit note for the value of the return products which will be credited to your account maintained with Agroiva.com. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills.

If the product is purchased through the authorised agent of company or through any other offline made then refund will be processed into your bank account, of which details will be shared by you.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) In case of refund into your bank account If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your Bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace goods if they are defective or damaged and the exchange is subjected to available of the item at our warehouse from where the item was delivered. If you need to exchange it for the same goods, send us an email at info.agroiva@gmail.com and upon confirmation from our side you should send your defectivegoods to our warehouse from where the item is delivered through a reliable courier service provider. The complete detail of the warehouse are mentioned on the Invoice of item purchased.

Governing Law:

These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Punjab.

Shipping

To return your product you should send your goods to our warehouse from where the item is delivered through a reliable courier service provider. The complete detail of the warehouse are mentioned on the Invoice of goods purchased.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

In case of Exchange it depends on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary from location to location.
